As a qualified mindfulness practitioner, I’ve combined my love of crystals, intentional living, and soulful gifting to create a space where wellness meets wonder. Every item you’ll find here – from crystal healing tools to intention-infused gifts – is hand-selected or created with purpose, peace, and positive energy. 🌿

This small business is built on care, connection, and the belief that meaningful moments (and gifts!) can bring calm, clarity, and joy to everyday life.

🍄✨ Sometimes a piece just needs a little more magic…

These beautiful wooden mushrooms have been part of my Artisan Collection for a while, but I kept looking at them and feeling that something was missing.

I loved the natural wood and their wonderfully whimsical shapes, so rather than giving up on them, I decided to bring them back to my creative table and see what happened. 🌿

With a little moss, beautiful crystals and plenty of playing around, they have been completely transformed.

💚 One now features serpentine, white agate and moss, creating a gorgeous earthy woodland feel.

💜 The other has been transformed with amethyst, crystal chips and moss, giving it its own little touch of woodland magic.

And now they finally feel like Breathe & B. 🥰

I think that's one of my favourite things about creating pieces for the Artisan Collection — sometimes I know exactly where I'm going, and sometimes the piece seems to tell me what it needs along the way.

Breathe & B is ready for a beautiful weekend at the Pine Rivers Crystal & Jewellery Show. 💜

I’ve brought along a wonderful selection of Breathe & B favourites — crystals, cleansing and ritual products, mindfulness tools and books, plus plenty of unique treasures from my Artisan Collection. 🦉🍄✨

There are some gorgeous one-of-a-kind pieces on the stall this weekend, so if something catches your eye, come and have a closer look.

And there is so much more to explore throughout the show, with a hall full of crystals, jewellery and beautiful creations from some wonderful exhibitors.

🌙✨ Tomorrow night, the magik comes alive at Miami Marketta! ✨🌙

I’m excited to be heading back to The Magik Market tomorrow night with Breathe & B for another enchanting evening of mystical shopping, beautiful creations and wonderful community energy. 💜

I’ll be bringing along a lovely selection of crystals, mindful gifts, ritual and energy-cleansing pieces, my Mindfulness for Beginners book, and of course some of my unique Artisan Collection creations. 🦉🍄✨

Breathe & B is all set up and ready for a beautiful day at the Marcoola Psychic Expo today. 💜

I’ve brought along a lovely selection of crystals, mindful gifts, ritual and energy-cleansing pieces, my Mindfulness for Beginners book and, of course, some of my unique Artisan Collection creations — including a few familiar owls and mushrooms. 🦉🍄✨

There’s plenty to explore throughout the day, with psychics, healers and market stalls, so if you’re on the Sunshine Coast and looking for something a little different to do this Sunday, come along for a wander.

✨ Not everything deserves your energy.

We often think about how we spend our time, but perhaps we don't think quite as much about how we spend our energy.

The conversations we have.
The things we worry about.
The expectations we place on ourselves.
The things we say yes to when we'd really rather say no.

They all take a little piece of it.

Protecting your energy doesn't mean shutting the world out. Sometimes it's simply becoming more intentional about what you allow in.

Give your energy to the people, places and experiences that nourish you, inspire you, make you laugh, help you grow or simply make life feel a little lighter. 🌿

And perhaps today ask yourself:

What deserves more of my energy — and what deserves a little less?

🌿 I’ve always been drawn to things that are a little bit different.

Pieces with character. Natural timber with its own knots, curves and markings. Crystals where no two are quite the same. Things that make you stop for a moment and take a closer look.

That’s one of the reasons the Breathe & B Artisan Collection has become such a special part of what I do. 💜

Sometimes a piece begins with an idea, but quite often it begins with one beautiful object — an unusual piece of timber, a crystal, a little woodland treasure — and a thought...

What could this become?

Then comes the fun part. Playing with different combinations, moving things around, changing my mind (usually several times 😂) and eventually reaching that moment when it just feels right.

I don't want these pieces to be identical.

Their little differences, imperfections and individual character are exactly what make them special. ✨

✨ Breathe & B is heading to Tamborine Village this Saturday!✨

I’m looking forward to being part of the White Light Health & Wellbeing Expo at Tamborine Memorial Hall this Saturday, 29th August. 💜🌿

I’ll be bringing a beautiful selection from Breathe & B, including crystals, mindfulness and ritual pieces, energy-cleansing favourites, meaningful gifts, my Mindfulness for Beginners book and some of my unique Artisan Collection creations. ✨

These expos are about so much more than shopping. They’re a lovely opportunity to slow down, explore, connect with like-minded people and discover something that may speak to you.

There’ll be a wonderful variety of exhibitors throughout the day, including healers, psychics, crystals, wellbeing and alternative therapies, books and much more.
