How exciting is SPRING! We adore all the seasons but there is something a little extra special about what spring flowers bring - a vibrance and freshness - all ready for new and exciting things.

I am not so sure about this sudden heat we've been experiencing, as am not quite ready for Summer just yet, but at least can still adore the fresh blossom and bulbs that spring brings.

I hope you too are enjoying the change of the seasons and feel ready to skip out into the warming days and catch those magical scents of jasmine or jonquils in the air.

Flower Club is about going slower, taking time to relax and breathe. This beautiful box of blooms is more than just a flower arrangement, it is a wellbeing activity, an active meditation. Time carved out of busy days to be creative, to move mindfully, to indulge and delight the senses.

In celebrating the 100th Flower Club this month we also have to celebrate the wonderful Flower Clubbers!!!

Thank you for all your support and for the wonderful inspiration you bring to the Flower Club Community. I love seeing your creations every month and I just had to share them!

The aim of Flower Club was to bring joy and brightness into your home along with the chance to get creative and have some well deserved me time.

We all know how creative projects and learning new skills can boost our well-being - even if some of those skills are tricky at first (or the 100th time) and through the activity we are finding "who we are as a person" (Flower Clubbers will know what I mean!) - we find ourselves with something beautiful, that we crafted and gives joy at the end.

Look at all these fabulous arrangements our Flower Clubbers made for the August box! Some have been here for the 100, some in-between, and others it was their first - each arrangement is stunning.

No matter the ability you think you have, the support you receive through the Flower Club community and the demonstration you follow will guide you step by step all the way through - and you too will be able to humble-brag "I made that".

So if you're needing a well-being/creativity boost look out for the next Flower Club box - first Friday of September which is the 4th - and share in the joy of flowers.
