Clem & Franks Home made Hot Sauce is the brain child of Dan & Alexandra Rennie and inspired by their Pugalier dogs, Clementine & Frank, and a love of all things spicy! To say he likes hot food is an understatement...he lives for chilli. After talking about it for years, they have finally got it together and are making their hot chilli sauce. Dan is the mastermind in the kitchen and Alex is the business brains. The sauce is made primarily from Scorpion Moruga chillies which originate in Trinidad and are known for their fruity flavour and EXTREME heat. The pods were at one time considered the hottest in the world, ranging from 1.2 - 2 million Scoville heat units!!! Grown in their own backyard and using only the finest ingredients, Clem & Franks is a MUST for any chillihead!
