Last week, our team came together for our quarterly town hall meeting.
These meetings are a great opportunity to connect and reflect on our progress throughout the year and what’s next for Driveline. The meeting started with a look back at the beginning of our company and how we’ve grown to where we are today followed by, the introduction of our new safety management system, welcoming new staff and celebrating staff milestones. We also had a look at the recent Sydney branch relocation and renovations completed or underway across our branch network. To finish off we had an insightful session with our Financial Controller on the importance of decision making in the workplace and how our decisions have a direct impact on our company’s financial performance.
It was a valuable morning of learning and recognising the people and the progress that continue to shape Driveline Services. Here’s to another quarter of growth and improvement.
