Since 1999 In Your Room has been synonymous with contemporary moulded plywood furniture for kids and adults. All designed by In Your Room owner/designer, Keryn Hughes, all Australian made.
2012/13 sees this sole trader add a second arm to her business. Enter 'Travel Finds' - a carefully considered, small collection of fashion accessories and homewares Keryn has personally discovered and fallen in

love with during her recent travels overseas. It's a work in progress. She's sharing the love by introducing these globally sourced gems by other designers/artisans to her own Australian website inyourroom.com.au and offering them for sale alongside her own furniture. Treat yourself or a friend. TRAVEL FINDS a gift of place.

Drum roll please .... 18 months since the idea took hold and my latest design, the Radius Mirror, is available from this week. Moulded plywood frame with the option to leave the European Beech to take centre stage or clothe it in stunning Shibori leather. Freestand on desk/table/vanity or hang on the wall in either square or diamond formation, depending on which brass covered keyhole you choose at rear.

But before then I did some jigsawing, sanding and playing around with shapes from my moulds on my studio deck

Decor to dresses......Fashion in current Harper's Bazaar uses opposite proportions, but the splotches of blue on orange dress work a treat, as does the slick of orange on predominantly blue cupboards in kitchen by Dries Otten.
