From its origins across Asia and the Middle East to its enduring place in gardens, perfumery and cultural traditions, jasmine has been cherished for centuries for its beautiful star-shaped blooms and unmistakable sweet fragrance.

Introducing Winter Rose!

This beautiful Hellebore plant is known as a “winter rose”, as it blooms during the coldest months, when little else does.

It flowers in Winter through to early Spring, and it blooms reliably year after year. The flower petals are a cup shape and the plant has a woodland-like, enchanted feel. We have both burgundy and cream varieties available. We will select whichever looks better at the time of purchase.

Hellebores are easy to care for and can be grown in pots, but they can last 10 – 20 plus years when replanted in the ground. This is a flower that blooms in defiance of the cold and it will make the most beautiful gift that continues to give for a colleague or loved one.

We have already sold half our stock before even sharing this with you, so we’re sure these won’t last long and will soon become a BB customer favourite! x

We were thrilled to collaborate with FMD Architects and K5 Furniture on FMD Architects Bustle House as part of Open Houses Melbourne 2026.

July, you’ve been good to us. 💐❄️

While the Melbourne mornings have been crisp, our studio has been anything but dull. From lush hydrangeas and vibrant tulips to striking anthuriums and seasonal bouquets, we’ve loved bringing a little colour into the colder months.

This month has also been a special one as we welcomed new trainees into The Beautiful Bunch family. Watching these incredible young women take their first steps into floristry, build new skills, and grow in confidence has been one of the highlights of our month. Every bouquet made, every stem conditioned, and every smile shared is a reminder of why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout July. Every order helps create meaningful employment and training opportunities for young women from refugee backgrounds, allowing them to gain skills, confidence, and pathways into work.
Here’s to a new month, more beautiful blooms, and even more opportunities to grow. 🌸

So, Shaza, (our beautiful admin Queen!!) is leaving us to take on a very exciting full time role as part of her studies. We are very proud of her (thank you especially to all of our Girls from Gaza subscribers), but also sad to see her go.

This does mean, though, that we have an opening for an admin and customer service person to join our friendly team!

If you have administrative experience and an interest in supporting our social enterprise and the important work we do, we’d love to hear from you.
