😆 = engagement
Before I share my heartfelt story at the pharmacy...
I want to do a big shout out to all the FANTASTIC helpers I've had today.
Thanks to lots & lots of (mostly) men, I've had soooooo much engagement on my RACISTS VOTE FOR ONE NATION banner post 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I had an unexpected medical thing happen and wasn't able to do my regular blocking...
And lo & behold...
✨️ Once I got back to my phone....I discovered soooooo many comments ✨️
584 to be precise.
EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
You guys are truly doing the Lord's work 🙌🏽

So my heartfelt story is that as I was sitting waiting for my script (nothing contagious, promise!), a young guy motioned to the kufiya around my neck and did a little nod. I wasn't feeling very chatty. But he then pointed to his water bottle and showed me his stickers which gave me a giggle.
So then I showed him the victim cards I have on me at all times. Of course he then wanted to keep it. And I explained how he can print his own on the link on my insta.
Long story short is he asked me to join him and we had such a sweet chat about how we try to speak up for G♡za wherever we can.
I explained that as an Israeli I need to use my privilege to push the boundaries (wow...I just realised how symbolic that is!!!!!) and make sure I do whatever I can to expose Zi0nism and amplify the Pa|estinian cause.
He asked if I get pushback from my workplace and was so happy to hear I'm self employed so I can say whatever I want without any risk of the Zi0nists sabotaging my employment (which has happened to so many).
All that to say...wearing my kufiya attracts such wonderful moments...which is EXACTLY what I needed today.
(Plus all that engagement of course 😇)
