This Wound Awareness Week, we’re proud to shine a light on the important work of our not-for-profit partner, Wounds Australia.

Recently, Savers® collaborated with Wounds Australia on a special project to collect unsold shoes from across our South Australian stores and help deliver them to rural and remote communities across the Northern Territory.

We’re proud to have worked with Wounds Australia on this project. To learn more about how we partner with not-for-profits every day and help them fund the important work they do, check out Donate Clothing & Household Goods | Savers.

This Wound Awareness Week, Savers® is proud to stand with @‌woundsaus to help raise awareness for the 450,000+ Australians living with a chronic wound.

This year's theme, "SOS: Save Our Skin", highlights the urgency behind Australia's 'hidden epidemic' of chronic wounds while exploring the simple steps individuals, families, and the broader community can take to prevent them or heal faster.

For free factsheets, videos and more great skin care tips, visit https://woundaware.org/

At Savers® Marleston, we accept community donations of preloved clothing and household goods on behalf of Wounds Australia and pay them for these donations, helping them fund their work.
