I just wanted to check in with you all. I hope you all have had an amazing week.
Tomorrow is Saturday, and that means the 'Kindred Stitchers' will be instore . If stitching is your thing, or if you want to learn , please come along. It starts at 10am tomorrow.
Speaking of Stitchers, I am currently wearing one of Cat's beautiful dresses.
Today I farewelled my beautiful Aunty Merle, and it was the perfect outfit to send off a lady who was endlessly creative. She was a gentle lady who will be missed terribly.
Im looking forward to seeing yellow butterflies 🦋, knowing she is keeping an eye on me.

We also have a fabulous book launch tomorrow afternoon. I will share that link with you.

My beautiful Book Boutique family, there will be a few changes for the next two weeks as I am going away to say goodbye to my beautiful Aunty Merle.
From tomorrow, the shop will be open from 10am to 2pm from Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturday close at 1pm. All events booked in like poetry, book launches, meditation and sound meditation are still on.
To keep it simple the only food available for purchase will be scones or gluten free chocolate cake. We won't be taking books or Book orders, however, if you bring a few books in , we are happy to exchange.
If you need anything please contact me through Facebook messenger and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
A big thank you to Kellie for offering her help so the store can stay open. If you are lucky you may pop in to hear her playing guitar and singing.
If you are available, please pop in and show her some love and give her a hand. I can pay you in coffees and books 😜
I will be back in the store on Tuesday 21st .

Check this out. The fabulous Millie from The Floral Chapter is going to have some local sourdough instore on Saturdays.
I have spent the last twelve hours trying to decide what flavour to buy.
I'm going garlic and rosemary . What would you choose?
Get over there before she sells out.
Flowers, flour, and romance books. Saturday night sorted.

Tomorrow is the last day of Maddie's pop up shop, so make sure you pop in and check them out.

There is so much going on at The Book Boutique Bundaberg, and it's bringing me so much joy.
Yesterday we had our crochet group in, and my heart was full watching kids join in and learn. We also have Madeline Havea Art pop up shop , selling the most exquisite junk journals. These are on display until Saturday close, so get in and check them out. Friday night we have our Friday reset with Kobi Po***ck . A beautiful sound meditation. This session is booked out but due to popular demand Kobi has scheduled another sound meditation on Saturday 10th July. Bookings can be made through the event link.
I'm also super excited to have the talented Laylah Starr instore performing from 10am to 12pm. Be sure to come in and relax and enjoy some fabulous live music.
And of course we have our kindred stitchers in from 9.30, creating beauty from scraps.
Phew, i'm exhausted.
Oh, and today is Thursday, and that means delicious scones and a drink for only $10
