After 27 years of proudly supporting and supplying sweet treats to most of Queensland through shopping centres, markets and shows, it was time for us to try a new kind of sweet life - retirement 🏖️.
We cannot express the love and gratitude that we have for our customers, of whom many became friends 🥹.
We have loved seeing the best parts of Queensland - from dusty but vibrant Charters Towers Show, to the cold, crisp winter mornings of the Fernvale Markets, to the mega-crowds at Cairns show (Jacques Coffee Plantation oh those coffees!), and personal favourite every year - the Finch Hatton Show! 🎪🎇
You can still find our products on the show circuit as Jakes Lollies but as for us, we are now loving our life and enjoying all the fishing that Bundaberg has to offer 🐠.
Thank you everyone 🍭🍫😍. It’s been a sweet time 🥰.

Hey Rocky, Jakes lollies are back at Stockland Rockhampton for our traditional run into the Christmas season. Thanks to the 7 elves that helped us today get more than a tonne of sweets into the shopping centre. A special thank you to Brian, the master chef, at Jakes Candy in Bundaberg, this guy produces amazing xmas speciality items at this time of the year, somebody say rumballs?
We have an extensive range of xmas baskets to suit all budgets.’
As always we are stocked full your favourites rocky road, fudges, brittles, honeycomb, Dutch Licorice and salty plums just to name a few.

Hey hey Jakes lollies back in town at Stockland shopping centre outside Optus, up towards the Kmart end, all this week right up to Father’s Day.
Come and check out our exclusive range of Jakes Candy’s products.
The locals know what e sell, but if you are new to town let me tell you we are the largest mobile confectionery display in QLD. We have home style rocky road, fudges, brittles, honeycomb and about 200 more on display.
This week is dedicated to dad, with many baskets prepared for the big day.

Show time at Sarina, starting Saturday 3rd of August, finishing Sunday the 4th. We are here and ready to supply you with all the usual favourites and a few new ones too, How does gummie eyeballs sound? maybe you prefer the chocolate coated Jersey Caramels, Don’t worry we are packed to the brim with Rocky Road, Honeycomb, Fudges Lollies, Chocolate and so much more. Showtime in Charters Towers. The count down is on only 2 days until the 2024 Charters Towers show this Monday 29th and Tuesday 30 July.
We are in the Salantina pavilion displaying an extensive range of confectionery straight from our supplier, Jakes Candy Bundaberg, who produce their amazing rocky road, fudges, brittles, rosey apples and the ever popular honeycomb. Something for everyone is our aim, so come and check out range of old time favourites (golden malts for example) and newer varieties like one for the kids. (gummie eyeballs)
We have a modest range of Dutch licorice.

Look out,look out, Jakes Lollies about. That’s right Jakes Lollies all set up again at Finchatton. We love this beautiful little place that happens to put on the best one day show in Australia.
Can’t miss us, straight through the main gate and adjacent to the wood chops in the main ring.
We specialise in the Mackay region favourites, peanut brittle, honeycomb, rocky road and fudge all made at Jakes Candy Bundaberg. With over 200 products, there is something for everyone.
Show starts early at 7am and finishes with the best firework display.
New products include white choc honeycomb and one for the kids, gummy eyeballs a taste sensation.
Cash or card welcome here but the eftpos signal is very weak so be prepared.

This week sees us at the Maryborough show.
We are located smack bang in the centre of the main pavilion, can’t miss us.
As usual we have something for everyone featuring the time honoured recipes from Jakescandy Bundaberg. Rocky road, honeycomb, fudges, brittles and a whole lot more.
New products include spearmint discs, musk discs and white choc honeycomb. Caramel kisses are making a brief return.
The bulk lolly section is always popular so to is the Dutch Licorice varieties we stock.

Beginning to look a lot like Easter here at Stockland Rockhampton.
What a start we have had, makes me wonder do we have enough to last until Easter Saturday?
With help from friends and the willing crew at Jakes Candy in Bundaberg we will give it a good go.
Not to worry there are plenty of candy Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies in various sizes to last a few more days yet.
If you have seen our pop up shop, you know what I talking about, if you haven’t do yourself a favour and check out the best travelling lolly shop in the game here at Stocklands Rockhampton, in the mall, up near the Optus shop.

Hi Rockhampton, we are busy preparing for our first gig of the year at Stockland Rockhampton outside the Optus store. Our first day of trade will be Thursday the 14 March through to Easter Saturday
We will have a huge range of Jakes Candy fresh from the factory in Bundaberg as well as the quality sugar Easter eggs from Pittsworth Confectionery.
Amazingly the chocolate rabbits arrived early so Easter baskets are on schedule for a top line display.
