🍽Make it Tuesday 🍽

This weeks addition is a take on the good old Pastie🍴

I fail dismissally on creating a pastie that looks like a pastie, so tonight I cheated and created a Pastie Pie 🥧

Still tastes like a pastie but with Em's awesome input (making a hole in the top and eating the inside first) it took it to the next level and now Im wondering what other delectable goodies we can encase next time 🤣

Our BBQ sauce definitely was a must to accompany our homemade Pastie Pie 🥧

MARKET ON THIS WEEKEND!!

Who’s excited for our market returning this Sunday!! With so many amazing businesses plus so many new stalls joining us! We know we are!! 🩵🧡💛

A great mix of delicious food and amazing artisan stalls on display tomorrow! You won’t want to miss out! 🍦☕️🥟🍟🧁

Be sure to come check it out and be hungry and ready for a good time! We have lots of stallholders joining us some swing by and check them out!

🍽Make it Tuesday 🍽

We are trialling something new to give us all inspiration in the kitchen 🍴

I struggle on a regular basis to come up with wholesome dinner ideas so let's all share our true and tried recipes using .sage.farm products here 👇

We'll start the ball rolling with a quick and easy scroll recipe.

Perfect for sides to a beautiful pumpkin soup or even a hearty stew.

Double the recipe, they don't last long 😋

Scroll dough.

1 + 1/4 cups Selfraising flour
25 grams of butter (room temp)
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup water

Using your hands, mix flour and butter till it forms into fine bread crumbs.
Add the Sour Cream and water, mix to form a dough.

Roll dough out onto a sheet of baking paper untill its roughly 1cm thick.

Spread with lashings of Garlic Chutney, scatter some spinach and parmesen cheese.

Using paper to aide you, roll into a long log.
Slice into 1 inch thick rounds.

Place cut side onto baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 200*.

Once again our Raspberry Jam has taken out top sales at the 😍

Followed closely by our award winning Beetroot Chutney, our favourite Garlic Chutney came in 3rd 😀
