The Lotus Flower is a representation of the journey we go through in life. It starts its life in the mud and slowly grows through to the surface of the water where it blooms. A reminder that all of life's struggles are necessary for our growth, healing and transformation!

How's everyone feeling with the kids back at school? First day of Term 4! Can you believe the end of the year is so close already. I definitely needed some me time after a big jam packed fun school holidays... 2 hours at the gym this morning and a beautiful beach walk and I'm feeling super charged 💛 What have you done to reinvigorate yourself today?
