Notice to Customers
To our Valued Customers,
After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close the Burnie Trophy Centre shopfront to public walk-in trade and transition our business to an online and appointment-based service.
This decision has not been made lightly. Like many small businesses, we have faced increasingly challenging economic conditions, rising operating costs and overheads, along with our upcoming lease expiry. After weighing up our options, we believe moving online is the best way to continue providing the quality service our customers have come to know and trust, while allowing us to operate more sustainably into the future.
Although our physical shopfront will be closing, we are not closing our business. Our phone number, email address and other contact details will all remain the same, and we will continue to offer the same range of trophies, awards, engraving and personalised products with the same commitment to quality, service and attention to detail.
Delivery options are now being finalised and a new website is under construction.
We are confident that this new way of operating will allow us to continue looking after sporting clubs, schools, businesses, government departments, community groups and all of our valued customers just as we always have.
We would like to sincerely thank every customer who has supported Burnie Trophy Centre over the years. Your loyalty, encouragement and friendships have meant more to us than words can express, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of so many special occasions and achievements within our community.
We look forward to continuing to serve you in this exciting new chapter and appreciate your ongoing support.
Our last day of shop front trading will be Friday 31st July.
