Buying a new appliance should be exciting. Instead it turns into standing in a showroom staring into the middle distance, or forty tabs open online, and somehow it's still not clear which one actually works for your home.

Get it wrong and you've got yourself a very heavy paperweight. Try to send it back and you're often looking at a hefty restocking fee.

This is the Pitt Colo 3 burner gas cooktop.

All Pitt cooktops need individual holes cut into the stone for each burner rather than one standard cutout, done to factory templates before it reaches the site.
