What do you know about cane spirit?
Is it rum or isn’t it?
Actually, it’s both.
Our Silver Cane and Coconut Cane are made exactly like rum — crafted from local molasses, fermented, distilled and bottled right here in Byron Bay.
The difference? In Australia, unaged rum can’t legally be labelled as rum, so we call it cane spirit.
The good news is it works exactly the same in your glass.
Whether you’re shaking up a Mojito, Daiquiri, Piña Colada or your own tropical creation, our cane spirits are the rum for the job.
Pure, flavourful and made from locally sourced molasses, they’re the perfect introduction to what we do at Lord Byron Distillery.
