Consignment spots are now available at Our Timeless Threads 👗👕🌟
Since opening our shop, we’ve been listening closely to what our community wants and needs. We’re so excited to have created more space and open our doors to consignment, giving your beautiful preloved pieces a chance to find new homes while supporting a more circular community ♻️
For just $250 per month you can display up to 40 pieces per day on our racks provided. Paying $250 for the rack means you will receive 100% of sales at end of your month. We want to ensure this open space for wider community to move their clothes, so we don’t offer a permanent rack. It works month by month. If this model does well, and we decide to keep it longer term you can choose another later month to sell your pieces. We like movement and excitement.
We have worked out a simple model to take away the stress of selling your clothes.
How it works 👀🌟🙌🏻
As a consignee, you’ll be responsible for:
- Labelling each item with your name and style number.
- Pricing your items before bringing them into the store.
- Setting on the rack at the beginning of your paid month.
- Preparing additional stock in labelled boxes in our storeroom, ready for our team to replenish your rack throughout each day.
- Collecting any unsold items at the end of the month, or donating them to Our Timeless Threads to help grow our creative programs and community events

We’ll provide:
- A beautiful, vibrant retail space where your clothes can truly shine
- Daily rack replenishment using your prepared stock
- Sales tracking and monthly calculations
- Payment of your earnings at the end of each month

We’re looking for clean, quality preloved pieces, more natural fibres and professionally handmade garments that reflect our shared values and commitment to moving away from fast fashion.
To keep the shopping experience exciting, accessible and community-focused, items displayed on the racks must be priced at $150 or less.
