DIAMOND ✨

A diamond is formed under immense pressure.
Deep within the Earth, carbon is transformed through forces we cannot see. Heated, compressed, refined and crystallised into something capable of holding and refracting light.

Similar to our own journey through life, there are experiences that compress us, moments that break us open. Years that ask us to surrender who we thought we were.
And yet, through the refinement process, something essential is awakened. Not just a transformation but revealing what was already there.

This feels like the perfect place to bring the Crown journey to a close.

From the depths of the Earth to the vastness of the cosmos. From the rising Rainbow Serpent to the descending lightning path. Through darkness, illumination, integration and return.

And like the diamond, learning to let the light move through us — revealing the many colours that were always contained within.

Full Circle 🌈

There are moments when the path ahead seems to disappear and yet, somehow, we find ourselves exactly where we need to be.

The rainbow reminds us that light contains the whole spectrum.

The circle reminds us that there is no true beginning or ending.

And the horse carries us forward.

Tonight, beneath the darkness of the New Moon, I find myself reflecting on the cycles of this journey - what has been gathered, what has been released, and what is quietly beginning again.

Perhaps life’s journey isn’t about reaching somewhere else.

Perhaps it is about coming fully into the wholeness of where we already are.

As we move towards the completion of the Crown journey, this frequency invites us to integrate the many colours, experiences and dimensions of the path - a trust what is emerging beyond the horizon.

CELESTIAL WHALE 🐋

Once again, the whales are on the move. Their yearly migration up and down the coast, bringing so much wonder to the shores each year.

We watch them glide by, wave their fins, slap their tails and launch with an almighty splash. I love the sound of their blowhole in the distance, which to me sounds like ocean elephants.

Nothing quite prepares you for the silent swell of the water as they glide beneath you out on the water, or the sound of their song resonating through the hull of a boat.

But my connection with the whale has a much deeper story.

One of the threads that inspired the Rainbow Serpent journey began with a book I loved as a child called “The Lost Diamonds of Killiecrankie”. Within its pages was an image of a whale tooth, carved with a map of a Rainbow Serpent, its body forming the shape of Killiecrankie Bay, where I spent my summers, its fangs marking an ancient granite outcrop at the serpent’s head.

And then, this year, a s***m whale washed up on the very shores of Killiecrankie Bay.

I found its bones scattered along the beach, as well as a tooth the very shape of the one in the book from my childhood.

Later, as its bones returned to the ocean, I watched the remains of this great being slowly disappear. The last to go was its enormous skull, the structure that housed its brain and consciousness, a resonant chamber of sound, through which it navigated the deepest, darkest reaches of the ocean.

There was something profoundly moving about connecting with these bones.

A whale had appeared in the story long before I understood why.

And then, here it was, physically arriving on the shores of the very land where the Rainbow Serpent journey began.

Perhaps some threads are woven long before we recognise the pattern.

The Celestial Whale invites us into the vastness, beyond what the eyes can see, into the deeper mysteries of consciousness and the unseen.

From the depths, we rise into the diamond light.

THE RAINBOW SERPENT 🌈🐍

The serpent has traveled through human mythology for thousands of years - moving between worlds, beneath the Earth and into the heavens.

For me, the Rainbow Serpent has become a powerful symbol of the journey itself: the meeting of Earth and sky, matter and spirit, the ancient and the emerging.

This mythic being reveals perhaps that awakening is not an escape from the Earth, but a deeper embrace of the intelligence that moves through all life.

⚡️VAJRA

Across Buddhist traditions, the vajra is described as both a lightning bolt and an indestructible diamond.

A cosmic axis. A centre point.

Lightening illuminates in an instant, creating a pathway that is swift and direct, an association often made with the Vajrayana path.

The diamond reveals what can withstand pressure and emerge transformed.

Magnetic serpentine currents rise from the Earth - awakening, healing and purifying as energy moves upwards through the body towards spirit.

The lightening bolt marks the turning point: where that movement reverses, and the pure electric energy of spirit begins to descend once again into matter.

Not an ending but a return.

A movement from matter to spirit, and spirit back to matter - the electro-magnetic dance of our cells all the way to planetary bodies and beyond.

Together the Vajra and Diamond speak to a quality of awakened consciousness: clarity, presence and an unshakable connection to what is true.

The vajra reminds us that awakening can be both lightening-fast and deeply forged: a flash of recognition, followed by the embodiment of what has been revealed.

The Veil 🌙

A few days ago, quite unplanned, I gathered with some sisters on the coastal shores to soak up the winter sun. Synchronistically, we realised that nine years earlier, on 8/8, we had been together on the way to a global eclipse gathering.

Moments like these never cease to amaze me. A seemingly random constellations of souls, meeting again at another powerful point in time, a reminder to trust in the invisible currents that weave us all into the great fabric of life.

The Third Eye is not necessarily about seeing more. It is about lifting the veils that separate us from what has always been present. Recognising the patterns.

As we move through this week’s eclipse window, I am reminded that is often the absence of light that invites us to pause, reflect and see from a different perspective. Sometimes it is through these quieter moments that we become willing to look more deeply into what truly unites us.

Ancient Eyes

I have spent the last week immersed in the Egypt chapters of my book, so it feels quite fitting that the Eye of Horus should become today’s reflection in the Third Eye journey.

Across millennia, the eye has emerged as one of humanity’s most enduring sacred symbols.

Within the Egyptian mystery traditions, the right and left eyes of Horus have been understood as complementary pathways of perception, inviting an integrated vision that restores balance and wholeness.

The Eye of Horus reminds us that true vision is not simply seeing more - it’s seeing with greater wholeness, where seemingly opposite perspectives become integrated into deeper understanding.

Perhaps this is why the symbol has endured for thousands of years.

It continues to invite us to ask the same timeless question:

What does it truely mean to see?

Seeing in the Dark

Sacred to Athena, goddess of wisdom, the owl reminds us that intelligence is more than knowledge; it is the ability to perceive clearly when the way ahead is uncertain.

The owl has appeared as a guide throughout my own journey, often arriving during periods of uncertainty and transformation. Each encounter reminded me to trust that my vision would deepen as I learned to navigate the darkness.
