Aminya Weaves and Feathers Aminya Weaves and Feathers is my new business venture. Aminya means quiet and creating jewellery by weaving and using feathers has become my “quiet time”.

At the end of the day I like to sit and keep my hands busy as a way to distress from my day.

Freshly finished this basket yesterday afternoon using recycled materials from old furniture that had fallen apart and some fancy velvety twine I bought from Reverse Garbage Queensland.
I was so happy with how it turned out I promptly started working on more - photos to come later today
