This week we celebrate World Piano Day, thanks to and , with a century old piano, from New York, available for public use. We hope to hear a few tunes every Sunday, however the piano is available for free use all week at Camberwell Junction’s Fresh Food Market.

Meet Pigella: An upright Victor piano, made in New York around 1920 for W. H. Paling & Co. She has travelled through families and generations, most recently cared for in Emerald, before finding her way here. Named by our French piano tuner, Pigella continues her journey of music and joy. Please treat her kindly.

Pianos Recycled and proudly donated by
Rotary Balwyn.
The Camberwell Fresh Food Market is located at 519–525 Riversdale Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 and the piano can be found near delicious offerings of Pieno di Cambi.
