We have become obsessed with the health upsides of enjoying our favourite food (in moderation) — Dark chocolate is next on our list of health foods 😀 It's a functional food packed with antioxidants called flavonoids. When consumed in moderation (the darker the better), it can boost heart health, improve cognitive function, and support a healthy immune system. We will take that.
