🥕(Brazilian) Carrot cake🥕

I bet you already heard about a carrot cake, didn’t you? But have you heard about the Brazilian one?! Forget everything you know about it. The Brazilian version is a completely different experience of texture and flavour. It is Fluffy, moist, not-too-sweet and covered with lots of brigadeiro.*

Instead you grate carrots you blend them until a smooth consistency giving the cake a great and vibrant yellow colour.

It’s very suitable for breakfast, mornings and afternoons tea as such as a great dessert, and birthday cake celebrations.
