True lymphatic drainage isn't about pressure.

Lymphatic drainage is often associated with firm, sculpting strokes designed to “break down” cellulite. But true lymphatic drainage works very differently.

Our approach is grounded in the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, using gentle, rhythmic, skin-stretching movements rather than deep or forceful pressure.

Why? Because the lymphatic system responds to subtle, specific stimulation. The intention isn’t to break down tissue or aggressively manipulate the body, but to work with its natural lymphatic pathways.

While we do offer a specialised approach for cellulite, true lymphatic drainage remains at the heart of our treatment.
