Second Chance Consignment will sell your items on a consignment basis. This means that you, not Second Chance Consignment, will still own the items, even after you transfer physical possession of the items to Second Chance Consignment. Upon receipt, Second Chance Consignment will evaluate each item and set the p
rice for sale. The item’s condition will affect the valuation (Please note that all prices are determined at Second Chance Consignment's sole discretion unless previously agreed in writing). The Accepted items will then be processed and listed as available for sale at the Second Chance Consignment and online. Items remain for sale for a period of approximately 3-5 months. After this initial period, Second Chance Consignment will reduce the price of the item in an effort to make a sale for a further two weeks. The final selling price is determined and/or reduced at our discretion; this includes promotional events. Consignment fees will be paid by the 25th of the following month. Fees
If we deem an item needs repair or dry cleaning, the consignor account will be charged. End of Season Returns
Pieces remaining after our selling period will be donated unless otherwise stipulated at the time of drop-off. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen goods. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Shipping

Please Note: for large/difficult items, Second Chance Consignment reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees if incurred. Second Chance Consignment is not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment from Second Chance Consignment to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.
