Father’s Day fire before the sun’s even up.

Pit lit 5:20am, Colonel’s Sweet & Savoury Pork Rub going on four hefty pork butts, and that ironbark burning thin and blue right out of the gate. Nothing better than a cold morning, a good coal bed, and a long day of low and slow ahead.

These fellas will ride naked ‘til the bark sets, then it’s peach paper for the rest of the journey. Dads deserve a good feed today — we’re making sure Old Canberra Inn delivers.
