What a month of good.

Thanks to everyone who celebrated, shared and contributed to our 68th birthday. Your support helps Good Sammy continue creating employment opportunities for Western Australians with disability.

The celebrations might be wrapping up, but the good doesn’t stop here. You can still make a financial contribution and help keep it going! 💛

We’re midway through another amazing Dare to Dream cohort, and our 2026 students are absolutely smashing it! 🌈

It’s been incredible to see students build confidence, develop workplace skills, make new connections and discover what their future could look like.

Following the continued success of the program, applications for Dare to Dream 2027 are now open https://goodsammy.com.au/d2d/

Driving is something many of us barely think twice about. But what if you’d been told it probably wasn’t in your future?

For Ava, learning to drive could unlock a whole lot more than getting from A to B, like work opportunities, independence and more choice over what comes next.

Sometimes the ability isn’t the barrier. The way we teach is. 💛

You might know us for our op shops. But there’s a whole lot more good happening at Good Sammy 🙌

Behind the racks, there’s a whole world of Good Sammy you might not know about...and plenty of jobs being created for people with disability across WA! Which has been our main purpose for nearly 70 years (we totally don't even look that old 🙊)

We’re way more than op shops. And your donation, whether it be financial, secondhand goods, your time through volunteering, or just sharing our story, can help us keep the good going. 💛
