🌿 WE’RE HIRING – GARDEN CENTRE SUPERVISOR 🌿
Do you love plants, people and creating a great garden centre experience? 🌱
Plants Whitsunday is looking for an experienced, hands-on Garden Centre Supervisor to join our family-owned business and help lead our busy retail operation.
This is a varied and active leadership role where you’ll be responsible for:
🌿 Leading and supporting our retail team
🌿 Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
🌿 Providing plant and gardening advice to our customers
🌿 Managing green life ordering and plant quality
🌿 Creating fresh, inspiring plant displays
🌿 Maintaining high standards across our garden centre
🌿 Working alongside the team in a practical, hands-on role
We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ Experience in a retail nursery, garden centre or similar environment
✔️ Strong horticultural and plant knowledge
✔️ Leadership experience and the ability to lead by example
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔️ A commercial mindset and a passion for presentation
✔️ A positive, practical and hands-on approach
🚜 Forklift and front-end loader training will be provided where required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves horticulture, enjoys working with people and is ready to take ownership of a busy garden centre operation.
