What started off as a hobby in 2013, working from my kitchen bench, I had only hoped I would be able to have some fun playing with gadgets and learning how they worked. As my interest grew and skills developed, I was able to make smal
l profits, enough to buy specialised tools and some spare parts. Learning on the job was frustrating at times and I probably broke more than I repaired. But perseverance saw me through those times until in Feb 2018, I launched a page called iPhone Repairs Airlie Beach. Slowly building a customer base, I was determined to make it work. With each repair bringing me closer to my end goal - being my own boss. And in Dec 2019, I made the big leap of quitting my full-time employment, to working for myself. But that was only possible due to Mick's Computers (aka Managed Computer Solutions), who allowed me to run my business within theirs. Having a shopfront changed everything for me and business soared. In 2023, the business went through a rebranding process, to encapsulate the wholeness of the business. To incorporate the retail side as well as the repairs and all the services in-between, that is DevicePro - Phone & Tablet Specialist. It wouldn't at all be possible without you guys - the customers - and I've met some wonderful ones along the way.
