We have had the privilege of being within Hunter Valley Grammar school for the last five years and 2025 saw us expand into Trinity College canteen. With this, we now have an opportunity to expand into another well respected Catholic high school and are in need of some experienced hospitality staff.

This job is school hours and school terms but what we offer is cafe style food and service to students, staff and school
communities. We are looking for people happy to work with children and able to complete a Working with Children Safety Check. Food handling and coffee making would be an advantage.

This is fast speed service with large numbers in short dedicated frames so experience is definitely required.

With easing of restrictions and life getting back to normal our business is also returning to its normal trade of catering and cafe style service from our Cardiff shop, offering great ready made meals and freshly made gourmet sandwiches and coffee. With this in mind we simply don’t have the time or staff to continue offering our meal boxes. Thanks so much for the continued support over some very challenging times.

We intend to keep offering our services at a reduced quantity over the coming weeks as restaurants begin to open and life gets back to a new normal so please keep an eye out for our Monday post.
