It's Christmas time...

A couple of 19th Birthday cakes...
A joint birthday for our son and a childhood friend

Purple Heart Red velvet with cream cheese buttercream filling and finished in vanilla buttercream.

Blue vanilla buttercream RGSX edible image with chocolate mud cake and nutella buttercream filling.

A couple of extra super special cakes for our son and his partners baby gender reveals/shower.
Cake 1 was for the Friends & Mates gender reveal Bottom tier was strawberry cake with a vanilla buttercream. Top tier was Chocolate Mud with caramel.
Finished in buttercream and gumpaste/fondant decorations..
Cake 2 was the family gender reveal/baby shower cake. Chocolate Mud cake with pink & white chocolate ganache buttercream. Finished in white chocolate ganache buttercream and Sprinks bubble pearls in pink, blue and ivory.

We are expecting our precious little granddaughter mid October 🩷🩷

A couple of special milestone birthdays for some special ladies

80th birthday cake 7" Chocolate Mud cake 10" tall with Dark ChocMint Ganache with layers sprinkled with shaved chocmint lindt and crushed peppermint crisp, finished in white chocolate ganache, Rice Paper Sails and gum paste flowers.

50th Birthday cake was 8" Chocolate Mud cake 12" tall filled with Dulce de leche, finished in Marbeled Milk and White Chocolate ganache, gum paste and fresh flowers.

Desert trays with Biscoffe Ganache Tarts, Lemon Meringue Tarts, Custard Tarts, Chocolate & Coconut balls, Profiteroles, Cheesecake & pistachio cups and macarons.

It's another fun and cute cake. Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry marble mud cake, chocolate ganache filling finished I fondant and client supplied figurines.
