SUPERVISOR WANTED
Full-Time, Part-Time & Weekend Positions

We're looking for experienced supervisors to join our team at The Village Green, Round Corner.

We currently have full-time, part-time, and standalone weekend positions available, with more shifts likely to open up as we expand.

The weekend role is a standalone position for someone confident managing the shop independently — the only person on the floor for the day.

Full-time and part-time roles will work as part of the wider team.

What We Need:
• Supervisor-level experience
• Confidence working alone and handling whatever the day brings (essential for the weekend role)
• Excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to suit the role — every weekend for the weekend position, or flexible availability for full-time/part-time
• Willingness to work at other Hills District locations as the business expands
• Extra shifts may become available down the track as we expand, for the right person
