We love our hazelnut pastes. Made with housemade hazelnuts pastes, single origin dark chocolate and a pinch of salt, we think that it is one of the yummiest one on the market.
Most spreads contain around 13% to 20% hazelnuts, ours has over 62%.
Most likely the highest percentage on the market, and trust use, you can taste the difference.

There is nothing better than warm chocolate coming out of grinders, the smell is just incredible.
This one is a 70% dark chocolate made with Solomon island cocoa beans.

You can taste it if you would like but by getting our bars.
We are one of the only chocolatier/maker in regional Victoria to make some of our products from the beans.

We love our coated pecans. They are caramelised in maple syrup, then coated in single origin 43% milk chocolate, and then packed all at our manufacturing location in Castlemaine.
Of course they are all coated in house, by our chocolatiers, the same way we do all our nuts.

We started making our famous chocolate salamies years ago for Christmas only, then some of you wanted it throughout the year to enjoy. So since then it has become an extremely popular product that we make right here in Castlemaine.
Made with house made hazelnut paste, 62% single origin dark chocolate, pistachios, cranberries, mixed peels, slivered almonds, and house made marshmallows.
It is encased in a salami net and comes in a small or large size.

A crowd favorite, our chocolate coated macadamias. We coat them in house, using Australian roasted macadamias coated in single origin 62% dark or 43% milk chocolate.
They are perfect for a gift or for yourself with a cup of our hot chocolate or coffee.

Made with cocoa husk/shell, it doesn’t contain any sugar. Just pure bean to bar husk, made from Solomon isldands cocoa beans.
The beans are used to make our bars and cooking chocolates, while the husk is used for this amazing product.
It is a fantastic source of magnesium, antioxidants and iron.
Fantastic at night especially.

We love making our bean to bar chocolates. Made with single origin cocoa from either the Solomon Islands or Australia. We make 5 different bars, cooking chocolate, hot chocolates with it.
We also make chocolate sticks and cooking chocolate for bakers & restaurant around the state.

We use the same stone grounding technique to make all our nut pastes like hazelnut, macadamia, pistachio and peanut paste.

We are incredibly proud of using this process as that makes us one of the only chocolatier/maker in Australia to do so.
