It is available now to pre order until the 20th of September. It will then be available in store only from November.

Our calendar contains 24 different products, some are exclusive to the calendar.

We started making our famous chocolate salamies years ago for Christmas only, then some of you wanted it throughout the year to enjoy. So since then it has become an extremely popular product that we make right here in Castlemaine.
Made with house made hazelnut paste, 62% single origin dark chocolate, pistachios, cranberries, mixed peels, slivered almonds, and house made marshmallows.
It is encased in a salami net and comes in a small or large size.

A crowd favorite, our chocolate coated macadamias. We coat them in house, using Australian roasted macadamias coated in single origin 62% dark or 43% milk chocolate.
They are perfect for a gift or for yourself with a cup of our hot chocolate or coffee.

We also now make a new 36% white chocolate dusted with freeze dried raspberry.

If you are looking for an alternative to coffee or hot chocolate, why not try our cocoa tea.
Made with cocoa husk/shell, it doesn’t contain any sugar. Just pure bean to bar husk, made from Solomon isldands cocoa beans.
The beans are used to make our bars and cooking chocolates, while the husk is used for this amazing product.
It is a fantastic source of magnesium, antioxidants and iron.
Fantastic at night especially.

We love making our bean to bar chocolates. Made with single origin cocoa from either the Solomon Islands or Australia. We make 5 different bars, cooking chocolate, hot chocolates with it.
We also make chocolate sticks and cooking chocolate for bakers & restaurant around the state.

We use the same stone grounding technique to make all our nut pastes like hazelnut, macadamia, pistachio and peanut paste.

We are incredibly proud of using this process as that makes us one of the only chocolatier/maker in Australia to do so.

Our house made coated almond brittle has been one of the first products we made nearly 7 years ago, and has also always been a huge seller.
Made with toasted slivered almonds, it is made in house and coated with the most delicious single origin 43% milk or 62% dark chocolate.

Yuzettes are back from today!!! 🍋🍊

We know some of you will be very excited about this, our Yuzettes are back in stock!!!
These are extremely popular, and are made with fresh Victorian Yuzu, processed all on site.
They take around 3 days to process, cut, boil, and chocolate coated, with our orangettes they are our most time consuming products.

We have processed our first batch, a second will be made within 2 weeks, so if you miss out we are making more.

Due to their huge popularity, we have decided to have a maximum of 5 per customers online.
