‼️Important Update from Casuarina Shopping Village Management
Safety & Community Notice
Firstly, we would like to reiterate our commitment to safety and to the mitigation of any potential risk to the retailers, staff, and patrons at Casuarina Shopping Village.
Regarding the general issue of electric bikes and scooters on-site:
🚫 Signage is clearly displayed throughout the centre prohibiting the use of e-scooters and e-bikes, including:
5 signboards listing our Conditions of Entry
Multiple targeted signs addressing this specific issue
📩 A circular has been sent to all tenants and contractors, requesting prompt reporting of any anti-social behaviour. This helps us review footage and, where possible, issue banning notices to those involved. We continue to work closely with local police and schools to identify and address these incidents.
As part of our ongoing efforts, we are trialling new strategies to reduce incidents on-site:
Starting Wednesday, 26/06/2025, the public toilet block will be locked at 3PM, aligning with school finishing times.
Tenants will receive a key to provide access to patrons as needed.
We’ve also recommended increased police presence and visibility at the centre and will continue to advocate for stronger support.
