Arts Ceduna: (Ceduna) Arts & Culture Centre was established in 2001. Arts Ceduna is renowned for the variety of works produced by the artists that often reflect the environmental diversity of the region, from the red desert sands to the white sand of the unique coastline. The primary aim of Arts Ceduna is to create a sustainable artistic culture by providing artists with the necessary training and

support. The centre runs workshops promoting skills development in a variety of medium such as lino-print, pottery and painting. It also provides training, materials and a working environment that promotes and sells individual artists' artworks. The arts and culture centre works mainly with in-house artists and support consignment regional artists aswell. The centre has created positive outcomes in terms of providing a source of income for artists and a level of independence, as well as the production and promotion of Indigenous visual arts. This is a place for Aboriginal artists to develop their skills and achieve exposure and recognition, enter major art prizes and display their works in major exhibitions.
