Save this for your next weeknight meal rush!

We’re turning rice paper wrappers into super-crispy cracker bases topped with sweet and sticky pork, crunchy veggies, and toasted sesame.

What you’ll need (Serves 4):
Char siu-style pork in rice crackers
2 tsp Woolworths sesame seeds
400g Woolworths pork stir-fry
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup char siu sauce
2 tbs Woolworths peanut oil
4 rice paper wrappers
400g Woolworths Cook Asian-style vegetables stir-fry mix
1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

1️⃣ Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Combine pork, garlic and 2 tbs sauce in a bowl.

2️⃣ Heat 1 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 rice paper sheet and cook for 30 seconds each side or until crispy. Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining rice paper sheets, adding another 1 tbs oil when necessary.

3️⃣ Return pan to medium-high heat. Cook pork, in batches, for 30 seconds or until browned all over. Transfer to a plate.

4️⃣ Add vegetables to pan and cook for 1 minute or until just beginning to soften. Return pork to pan along with remaining sauce and cook, tossing, for 1 minute or until vegetables are just tender. Place rice crackers on plates. Top with stir-fry. Serve sprinkled with coriander and sesame seeds.
