• Three reasons I Love Atomy Potato Ramen!

🍜 Made from real potato starch and powder. One pack is equivalent to 5 potatoes so the noodles are soft and chewy.

1. Looking to add manageability to your hair whilst keeping it strong and healthy?
Try the Atomy Herbal Hair TREATMENT instead of the Herbal Hair CONDITIONER, and it can used every day! That's what I do.
The reason I use the treatment instead of the conditioner is because the conditioner leaves my hair too soft and silky, which is something I don't want! 🙂
If you like it that way then use the conditioner. It is a great conditioner.

A moment of reflection, I’m so proud of my Lily.

Just over a year ago, I adopted Lily who was a 2.5 year old Staffie cross 🦮. The dog pound that held her for adoption had very little information about her history or background. I believe she came from an abusive background from the burnt cigarette butt marks on her head, underweight and how easily she was frightened.
Well, she has turned out to be a one of nicest and beautiful dogs I've owned in character and cleverness. Why anyone would treat such a beautiful animal so cruelly is beyond me.

She's a quick learner and is very quick to sense on how we think or feel. She is always happy to see me no matter what time of day it is and wants to play or be touched. She makes me feel good and happy whenever I see her.
She tends to be very friendly with people so it means she's not much of a guard dog except with other animals like possums or rats😅.

I'm often asked these, "What's so special about a toothbrush? It's just a toothbrush isn't it?", so I just thought I'd pop on and answer here in case you were wondering too!

The Atomy Toothbrushes have some special features that make them different from other available products.

Firstly, they are made with SOFT and FLEXIBLE bristles that vary in thickness from 0.18mm down to 0.03mm ovalized tip that effectively helps remove plaque and residue by getting into smallest gaps between teeth whilst being super gentle on the gums.

Secondly, the rounded slim head allows them to reach all areas of the mouth particularly the hard-to-reach back teeth.

Thirdly, the handle of the brush is made from non-rubber material that is diamond cut for comfort grip and doesn't grow mould like rubber handles. The material is chemical free food grade, durable and environmentally friendly.

I got and I am still getting SO much out of this exercise book.

'My Life Scenario' booklet by Atomy is a life changing exercise worth taking the time to do.
My biggest takeaway was how it makes you think of YOUR life and focus on what the really important things in life are. It helps you gain clarity and life purpose. The detailed action plans included with it guides you to achieve a balanced life and a deep sense of satisfaction.
