Maple’s having a moment, dark flavours are in, and winter calls for something smooth with a little sparkle. The Midnight Maple recipe from BWS is rich, a little fizzy, and dangerously easy on the eye! 🥃

RECIPE ⬇️

You'll Need:

🥃 45ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon
🍁 25ml maple syrup
🍋 15ml fresh lemon juice
💧 Soda water, to top
🧇 Mini waffle biscuit or 🍋 lemon slice, to garnish

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Fill a glass with ice, then add the Woodford Reserve Bourbon, maple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
2️⃣ Top with soda water.
3️⃣ Garnish with a mini waffle biscuit or a fresh lemon slice, then enjoy!
