Murray and Marianne will be having a well-deserved break from Monday 23rd March, re-opening on Tuesday 31st March. They have been at Books@Childers for 3 years without break. Be sure to get in and stock up on all your reading material beforehand.

Come celebrate what would have been the late Chad Morgan's 93rd Birthday.
When and Where: Books@Childers on Saturday February 14th at 12 noon.
Chad Jnr and Friends will entertain.
There will be CD's. DVD's, Stubbie Coolers and Chad's Chompers available to purchase.
If you haven't seen the Chad Room before, this is an excellent opportunity to see loads of his memorabilia all in one place.
While in store why not browse over 30,000 books from all genres. There are also heaps of vinyl records and dvd's to choose from.

Books@Childers now have a huge supply of DVDs mostly $3. Also Vinyl Records and over 30,000 books to choose from. Open today from 9am until 3pm. Open everyday except Monday. Don't forget to visit the Chad Room!!! DVDs and books on Chad's life available along with bags of Chad's Chompers!!! Keep on Reading!!!

On Wednesday 6th August Books@Childers will celebrate One Year since the opening of the Chad Room. Chad Morgan Jnr will be there at 11am to sing a few songs. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Chad Morgan is one of Australian country music's most recognisable pioneers, with his upturned hat, signature smile and country comedy hits. Fans are remembering his long career following his death on New Year's Day.
