Flashback to the year 2000.
I was going through some old photos (yes, the printed kind) the other day and came across my 21st birthday cake. I was a muso pre-kids and made this quaver cake, accompanied by a handmade life-size clarinet. All the keys were hand piped with royal icing. The sugar flowers were made by the very talented late John Quai Hoi.

My bad day can turn into your good day. Today, my macaron shells failed big time. But that’s ok. I got to try out a couple of new flavours (available soon) and have created some perfectly imperfect macarons.
Flavours include marshmallow, yuzu and blood orange, and cola. These delicious morsels are available in store. Come in and grab yourself a pack before they run out.
