Had a few hicups over the last couple of weeks engine broke on the crusher, injector gone in the ute and the dirt was still too wet to cart. But on the up side a new truck to cart more dirt and a nice specie piece to add to the collection 😊

Rain has stopped production for a couple of weeks, we had so much that the generator had to be shifted to higher ground....

Rain has stopped production for a couple of weeks, we had so much that the generator had to be shifted to higher ground. So some maintenance work got done on the loader as the steering ram needed some refurbishment and a service was done on the truck.

We had over 85 mm of rain last weekend, which we needed but it stopped production. But we pumped water too our dam, welded a new vibrater to our bin for the crusher and got a few other jobs done.

Demo run of the new crusher, few additions still needed. Hopefully be up and running shortly to crush our oversize. The crushed Rock from this we then ran through our plant.

The material out of the wash plant needs further refining as it has magnetite and other heavy minerals. This material needs to be put over a Wilfley shaker table to seperate the unwanted, mainly iron stone and black sands from the gold.
