Something a little different in the Timebomb Customs workshop!
We've done a few BMX builds, so thought we'd mix things up with this old-school Repco Monaco.
The bike's now completely stripped down and paint removal is underway.
The plan is to ditch the original 5-speed setup and convert it to a clean single-speed and give the frame a full respray in metallic silver.
We'll be keeping the classic skinny steel frame, adding some custom Repco Monaco decals, fresh bar tape and a few other touches to finish it off.
The pic is the inspiration for the colour scheme and overall look we're chasing.
Should be a pretty cool transformation. Stay tuned!
