Fire Horse 2026

Dear friends,
On Tuesday 17th February 2026, we enter the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse — a powerful cycle of activation, truth, and embodied awakening.
The Fire Horse carries strong life-force energy. It moves through the body first, before the mind can rationalise it. This is not a year for suppression or living out of alignment — it asks us to inhabit ourselves fully, to listen to the wisdom held in our nervous system, breath, and cells.
Fire Horse energy is both liberating and refining. It burns away stagnation, old identities, and patterns held in the body that no longer serve our becoming.
Fire Horse energy supports deep clearing — especially of patterns held in the nervous system, subconscious beliefs around worth and abundance, and stories we have outgrown. When met with presence and care, it becomes a profound ally for healing and forward movement.
In the days leading up
This is an ideal time for energetic and somatic preparation:
• Gently declutter your physical space to create room for new energy
• Pay attention to your body — where are you holding tension, fatigue, or resistance?
• Support yourself with bodywork, breathwork, baths, grounding touch, stillness, rest, or time in nature
• Release obligations that drain you rather than nourish you
• Reflect on beliefs around abundance, direction, and self-trust that may be ready to shift
You might ask:
What is my body ready to release? Where am I being called to move more freely?
This is also a supportive time for spiritual insight and recalibration — through tarot, intuitive readings, or kinesiology balances — to bring clarity to the path ahead and gently clear what no longer aligns.
On the day – 17th February
Honour the transition consciously:
• Begin the day slowly, with breath, prayer, or quiet presence, intention rather than urgency
• Light a candle or sit with the warmth of the sun — fire as healer, not force
• Place your hands on your heart or belly and set one clear embodied intention
• Wear colours that resonate with vitality and grounding — reds, earth tones, gold
• Choose nourishment, rest, and truth over urgency
This is not a year to override the body. It is a year to partner with it. It responds to alignment, honesty, and embodied choice.
Looking ahead:
The Fire Horse initiates a longer arc of transformation — one that supports deeper healing work, community gathering, and sacred restorative retreat spaces where rest, reconnection, and remembrance are possible.
As this year unfolds, we will be shortly opening the new Soul Light Emporium website and separating Renascent Bath Body back to its original intent.
As this year unfolds, I’ll be listening closely to what wants to emerge — including the possibility of more immersive spiritual and healing retreats in the coming cycle, where we work with the body as a gateway to clarity, restoration, and soul alignment, intuition, and energy together through readings, tarot, kinesiology, mystical arts and deep rest. I am considering retreats both in Australia and overseas (we welcome single travellers and friends on these journeys – open to all). Feel free to let me know if this interests you
