A dozen bags of fleece dragged out of storage ready to be sorted and bagged up for Bendigo Artisans Annual Fibre Fair next week. Mostly english leicester corriedale x. I haven't seen these for a while so it will be fun seeing whats there.

Now I have power and water again after a week without..and since the sun is out, for now anyway, todays job is sock bloc...

Now I have power and water again after a week without..and since the sun is out, for now anyway, todays job is sock blocking and washing these skeins of yarn so they are ready to find new homes next week at the Bendigo Artisans Annual Fibre Fair

Ok..don't laugh at me too much but I wanted to show some support for the worldwide campaign.
Pic was taken at the end of a very long weekend event here in Vic. where i chatted to a lot of people about sock making and . I always look like an unmade bed at the end of these events 🙂 and probably not a lot better at the beginning :p
My sock machine makes its own wormholes..sadly I am too big to fit through but people liked my tshirt ..some got the reference..others who didn't were soon educated and we all had a lot of fun talking about socks and stargate in all its forms.
