⭐️Good morning everyone, happy Monday 🤗 I have some IMPORTANT INFORMATION I need to share with you. If you could please like or comment to let me know you've seen this post that would be great! ⭐️

Most of you are aware of my PAYMENT TERMS and conditions but I wanted to state them again for those of you who are new to this page 🙂

I require a 30% UPFRONT DEPOSIT at the time of booking or if it's a smaller order under $60 then payment in full at the time of booking. You then have until 1 week prior to the event to have the balance paid. This can be done in installments if a large order, whatever works for you and your financial situation 🙂 If you cancel your order then there's a 30% cancellation fee (your 30% deposit is non-refundable in other words). Your deposit secures me for the date and time you need me. That time slot is allocated to you meaning I may need to turn others away. It also allows me to purchase any stock needed for your job and covers the time it takes me to prepare everything for your order.

Woolgoolga Seahorses Rugby League Club held their Ladies Day yesterday and once again I had the pleasure of supplying all the equipment for the big event.

With the help of my son, we set up 2 of the 6m x 3m Gazebos
Rolled out 6 Wine Barrels
6 Bar tables with covers
40 bar stools
6 of the heavy concrete umbrella bases for the club supplied umbrellas

A massive Congratulations to Chloe Luke who has just opened her brand new Optometrist store 'Lens Lounge by Chloe Luke' down on the Jetty strip 😁

To celebrate the official opening today, I arrived at 8am this morning with these 2 beautiful bright balloon bouquets 🙌🩷💙

Lens Lounge is an Independent Optometrist and Eyewear Studio. If you need your eyes tested, are up for new glasses or just want to have a browse go and check out her gorgeous shop located at 372 Harbour Drive, just down from the Pier Hotel.

Absolutely massive day for me today!! I left home just after 7am and didn't arrive home until 6pm and am now feeling absolutely wrecked!

I had the van loaded with the 9 stage pieces and set of steps then went to grab the trailer that had 17 trestle tables in it and headed to Coffs Showgrounds to start the set up of Holiday Coast Bootscooters Line Dancing Event. I've been doing this event for the past few years and each year it gets bigger and bigger. This year we maxed out at 180 and I was told today that next year could be close to 300!!

I arrived at the Showgrounds at 8am and unloaded all the stage pieces then installed the stage which involves inserting 4 leg pieces into each piece of stage then setting it up as a complete stage with 3 rows of 3 pieces in each. After all the pieces are butted up to each other I then have to climb underneath and cable tie all the legs together so the pieces dont move or separate then once that's done attach the black skirting to the front and sides. This is a time consuming task but safety first always.

Next up was the photo backdrop set up and I really love how this turned out! The theme for this year's event is Country and Bling so having the wine barrel, horse saddle, windmill and metal tub with old wares really made the theme and I got a lot of compliments while setting up.

I supplied a HEAP of hessian runners for the tables and the ladies did their own table decorations. I also supplied all the lighting and mirrors balls.

I strung 20m worth of Festoon lights on my tall backdrop poles and then set up the stage backdrop - a 6m wide black velvet backdrop with foil curtains and white side panels.

Once I finished setting everything up there I then had to go to my storage to load 100 stackable chairs and 17 trestle tables into the van which I then delivered out to Levenvale Farm in Bellingen/Gleniffer late this arvo for a Long lunch they are hosting tomorrow.

Big days like this are exhausting but so rewarding. Both clients are repeat ones who lock me in every year and are so appreciative of what I do for them 🥰
