Clairault Streicker is one of those producers that quietly gets on with it, year after year, consistently making beautiful wine without chasing trends. This quiet confidence is a big part of why we love them, and why we’re so happy to have them as our Winery of the Month for June.

Based in Margaret River, the estate has built its reputation on elegance, precision and a genuine commitment to quality farming and winemaking. At the helm is winemaker Bruce Dukes, one of the great good guys of WA wine and a seriously talented operator. Bruce brings a calm confidence to the wines: pedigree and structure, without anything feeling overworked. Just good wine, again and again.

Across both the Clairault and Streicker labels, you’ll find everything we love about modern Margaret River and Great Southern wine: purity of fruit, freshness, texture and restraint, all backed by meticulous vineyard work and thoughtful winemaking.

BREWERY OF THE MONTH + Thursday Tasting | .beers
There’s a lot of noise in craft beer these days, which is probably why we’ve connected with what the crew at FOUND. are doing. Created by a group of deeply experienced WA hospitality and brewing minds, FOUND. quickly built a reputation for beers that are thoughtful, modern and enjoyable to drink, without disappearing too far down the “hype beer” rabbit hole.

At the heart of the brewery is a philosophy centred around discovery, community and creating great hospitality experiences, something that resonates strongly with us at Old Bridge.

The beers strike a really nice balance: technically polished but approachable, flavourful without trying too hard and brewed by people who clearly care deeply about what they’re doing. Whether it’s a crisp lager, hop-forward pale or something a little more adventurous, there’s a confidence and drinkability across the whole range that keeps us coming back.

They’ve also been instrumental in helping shape WA’s evolving beer culture, bringing serious brewing pedigree together with a fresh, community-focused energy.

The boys have thrown everything at this event and are excited to kick things off at Como this coming Sunday. If you haven't already gathered a posse and pre-ordered your pasta, here's the 4-1-1:

OLD BRIDGE ON TOUR x : AMERICAN WINE DINNER
Just a reminder, because the Team at Varnish have advised that tickets are running out the door! We’re teaming up with Varnish on King for a deep dive across The States, featuring a line-up of premium wines, including several bottles landing in Australia for the very first time. Expect everything from rich Californian powerhouses to cooler-climate, more nuanced expressions, all chosen to show the depth and diversity of modern American wine.

Old Bridge will guide you through the wines, regions and stories behind each bottle, paired alongside a four-course menu designed to match the line-up glass for glass. A bit of discovery, a bit of indulgence and a very good excuse to leave the Shire and settle in at one of Perth’s great dining rooms for the evening.

Seats are limited and this one won’t come around again.
