New in store!! Freeze dried Lollies!

Experience the sweet and satisfying crunch of our new range freeze-dried candy. These classic treats have been taken to a whole new level through a revolutionary freeze-drying process, originally developed for NASA's Apollo missions.

Super Crispy:
Freeze-dried candy undergoes a magical transformation, expanding to double or even triple their original size during the freeze-drying process. The result? A super crispy and lightweight treat that's truly unique.

Super Dried:
With over 99% of the water content removed from these delectable candies, you can count on them staying crunchy for years to come.

Super Tasty:
The absence of moisture allows for an intense concentration of the delightful flavor, making every bite an indulgent experience.

The Freeze Drying Process:
Ever wondered, "How is freeze-dried candy made?" The freeze-drying process begins by subjecting the candies to frigid temperatures as low as -40 degrees. They are then placed in a vacuum chamber, where the magic happens. Under reduced pressure, the water content within the candies sublimates, transforming into v***r. This process is repeated up to 100 times, resulting in the removal of more than 99% of the water. All this is done right here in Australia.

Indulge in the science and flavor behind extraordinary freeze-dried Skittles candy. With roots in space exploration, we've brought this technology down to Earth to create a treat that's out of this world.

Tonight and tomorrow night, a rare 'blue' supermoon will rise over Australian skies.🌕

Get your telescopes and binoculars out!

The most impressive time to see it is as it first rises.

Here's a quick rundown to fill you in with the basics about tonight's celestial show.

What is a supermoon?
Our moon doesn't orbit Earth in a perfect circle, so there are times when it is closer and times when it's further away.

"Supermoon" isn't a technical term, it's just a nickname for when there's a full moon at the same time as when it's closest to Earth.
Tonight's moon will look about seven per cent bigger than a normal full moon.

The moon wont actually look blue the term blue moon is just a figure of speech. It's used to describe the second full moon that falls within a calender month.

Because the moon takes about 29.5 days to orbit the Earth and most months are 30 or 31 days long, we usually only get one full moon per month.

NASA says blue moons usually only happen about once every two-and-a-half years.

Supermoons are a little more common — we generally get three or four of those each year.

When is the next supermoon?
September 29.

That'll be the last supermoon of the year.
