A Little Shop of Soul is a little hidden gem in the lovely Noosa hinterland town of Cooroy. It is a bookshop, selling new and second-hand books and gifts for all ages and tastes. We have a peaceful garden courtyard that is tucked away from the busy main street and some comfy armchairs inside as well. You will find games groups and book clubs here on certain days of the week as well as book launches and workshops as well. We serve organic fairtrade coffee from the Sunshine Coast Coffee Roastery. We also have locally-made fresh chai, as well as cold drinks and yummy gluten-free / vegan locally-made cakes. You'll find A Little Shop of Soul down the little lane way behind Maple St Acupuncture and Blue Moon.

This Saturday, the director of Eumundi Museum, Joe Hextall, will be giving a talk at the Cooroy-Noosa Genealogical & Historical Research Group in Cooroy. The talk will feature stories about the ongoing renovations and reopening of Eumundi Museum and the recent publication of the book A History of Eumundi Vol. I.

The talk is free and will begin at 1pm on Saturday 8th February at the Heritage Centre in Cooroy: 17 Emerald Street. All are welcome

As mentioned we have several copies of his book for sale.

This wonderful account of Eumundi and its surrounds is in store again for those wanting a bit of local history.
