Hey ya Corowa 👋🌸

We’re tapping out for a little bit. It’s been a crazy winter and the Poppy team needs a break!

I’m needing some time just hang out home, doing nothing, maybe some gardening, maybe some cooking and maybe a little dancing with Dom and my favourite people 💖💃

We’ll be back in the shop late September with some fun new stock and gearing up for Christmas 😳🎅🤯

Sunday check in 👋 🫶✌️

Hooley dooley, what a week. Big ups and some downs, happy flowers, sad flowers, birthday gifts and lots of self-treats 😍

This week was a lot, which means it was even more for a lot of you. Big hugs to so many families.
I’ve got a chair in the shop, it’s yellow, and if anyone needs to talk, needs a shoelace tied, or just needs a moment to stop and smell the flowers (or watch my craziness), feel free to plonk yourself on it. Shop chats are good chats 💙💛

Even in weeks like this, I try to notice the good stuff too. My nuggets of happiness this week:

🤗 A hug from my favourite friend
🌸 Rediscovering the good old alstroemerias long lasting and gorgeous colour. Thoughts??

We’re now open Mondays! 10am–2pm 🙌

Cien and Bridget will be taking care of Mondays for me 😍and this Monday, Cien and her sidekick Little G will be in store fluffing my shelves.

Life lately..

Honestly? It’s been a big few weeks and I’ve been a little quiet over here. The Mother’s Day hangover was real, and I was feeling like the world was running just a little too fast (or maybe it was me!) 🤪✨

So, I thought it was time to bring back some little nuggets of happiness! This week’s survival nuggets included:

💃 A massive team effort getting Dom Dolla tickets! (You know who you all are, absolute legends) ✨🪩 can’t wait 😝

👋Every single car giving the finger wave on the Wahgunyah netball drop-off. Plus, scoring the best egg and bacon rolls🍳 with BYO cheese 🙌

👑 Midweek dinner with my queens and feeling incredibly supported

☁️ The perfect overcast day when our Country Road rep visited. The shop lights were absolutely doing their thing and making everything sparkle ✨🙌

Taking it one small nugget of happiness at a time. Thanks for always being the best community 💖💥🌸
