What an amazing little restaurant.
Such a beautiful authentic place to have dinner. The food was divine and the wagyu Beef was so delicious.
Bel even tried Sake for the first time and loved it.

Dave said it’s a “working holiday”… we’re still trying to find the work part. 🇯🇵😄✈️🍻🍚🍶🥢🎎🎍🎏🏯🇯🇵

**Brew Man Dave is finally off on a well-earned holiday **✈️😄

The shop will still be open, with our amazing daughters holding the fort. They know their way around brewing, winemaking, and cider, so they can help with most of the basic things.

However… if you’ve got one of Dave’s level 10 brewing nerd questions (yeast, mash chemistry, water profiles, or mystery beer flavours 🤯), please don’t make them sweat!

Just leave your question and Brew Man Dave will get back to you after his “quality control” tour of local beverages. 🇯🇵🍻🍚🍶
