I’m honestly really disappointed by this review, especially after being friends for 15 years. It’s actually quite interesting that this has resulted in two negative reviews — one from you and one from your boyfriend.

When I was told there was an issue with the candles, I immediately offered to replace them. I was told there was no need because they were going to be used on a candle warmer instead.

The messages afterwards also confirm that she had been told not to light them, and that she intended to use them in the warmer. I was even told she would be reminded again in case she did decide to light one.

I have nothing to hide, so I’m happy to share the conversation publicly so people can see the full context for themselves.

I take the safety and quality of my products seriously. If something goes wrong, I will always do my best to rectify it. What I don’t think is fair is being offered the opportunity to replace a product, having that offer declined, and then receiving damaging reviews without the full context.

I’ve worked hard to build this small business and I genuinely value every customer. I’m always happy to take responsibility when it’s warranted, but I also believe I deserve the opportunity to tell my side of the story ❤️
