The Ministry of Chocolate had humble beginnings during 2008 at Farmers Markets around Melbourne. A family owned and operated business, we found it increasingly difficult to produce at home with kids around taste testing EVERYTHING! In 2012 we decided to take the big leap into more permanent and larger scale premises to the kitchen and retail store you see today. The Ministry of Chocolate is commit

ted to producing high quality chocolates and cakes by using the finest couverture chocolate from Belgium and France as well as fresh ingredients and innovative flavours. Additionally, we serve coffee, tea & hot chocolate, as well as a range of cakes, slices and croissants. Our products and services range from retail, wholesale, functions & events, as well as chocolate making classes. MALVERN //

Hmmmm, officially Drew, our head chocolatier and all around chocolate expert says you should definitely keep your chocolate in the pantry [or a cool dark cupboard] and eat at room temperature.

But we’ve heard some people like that cold crunch you get when you consume your chocolate chilled!

Where do you stand on this issue?!?

Ps: we wish our fridge was that full of healthy options and our pantry that tidy, obviously not our pics used here.
